Haha, it's one of those alien laps. There is no way I could repeat it, every 10 laps or so my best time is usually 1-2s shy of it.

On a side note, I'm happy that Forza doesn't appear to scale levels where each succeeding level takes longer to get. I would be broke ass if that was the case.
